About Michael Figenshau

Mike joined Gray Ritter Graham in 2021. He practices primarily in the areas of wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and commercial litigation.

Mike earned his law degree, Order of the Coif, from the University of Missouri School of Law. He served on the editorial board of the Missouri Law Review, conducted extensive research for Professor Erika Lietzan, and was awarded the Judge Lawrence G. Crahan Memorial Judicial Fellowship. Prior to law school, Mike was a National Merit Scholar at Washington University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Biology. He has published articles on topics including the admissibility of expert testimony and implied waiver of the physician-patient privilege.
